salt

confectioners sugar - 1 c
baking powder
baking soda - 1 tsp
chocolate chips - 1 c
unsifted flour
dash of salt - 1 item
butter or margarine, softened
light corn syrup - 2 Tbsp
salad oil
melted chocolate - 2 sq
firmly packed light brown sugar - 1 lb
chopped pecans optional - 1 c
crushed cloves - 1/8 tsp
zucchini or squash - 3 c

How to make double chocolate zucchini cake:

Dry Ingredients:3 c. unsifted flour1 1/2 tsp. baking powder1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon1 1/4 tsp. salt1 tsp. baking soda1/8 tsp. crushed cloves Glaze:1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened dash of salt2 Tbsp. light corn syrup2 Tbsp. water1/2 tsp. vanilla1 c. confectioners sugar Preheat oven to 350°. Grate zucchini or squash. Mix oil, eggs, 2 squares melted chocolate and brown sugar. Blend well in mixer on medium speed. Add zucchini. Mix well. Add dry ingredients slowly. Blend well. Add chocolate chips by hand (and nuts). Bake in a 10-inch tube pan. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours (test with a fork). Glaze.
