  • eggs - 5 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • margarine - 1/4 lb

How to make hot milk cake:

Heat milk and margarine. Beat eggs real good. Mix sugar and beat. Add flour and vanilla and beat. Add hot milk and margarine. Beat well. Add 2 level teaspoons baking powder. Beat thoroughly for 2 minutes. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes. Top with your favorite frosting.
