Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- Wesson oil - 1/4 c
- sifted all-purpose flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- milk - 1 item
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
How to make coffee crumb cake:
Combine sugar, salt, flour and baking powder. Mix well. Add Wesson oil. Take out 1 cup and to this, add cinnamon and set this aside for use as topping. To 1 egg, beaten with a fork, add enough milk to make 1 cup. Add this along with vanilla to flour mixture and mix with an electric mixer to make very smooth. Pour batter into rectangular baking pan (13 x 9-inch) and sprinkle crumb mixture over batter. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
