Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- melted butter - 4 Tbsp
- egg, well beaten - 1 item
- flour + approximately 1/2 c - 1 c
- brown sugar-cinnamon mixture - 1/4 c
How to make coffee cake:
Mix all ingredients, except butter and brown sugar-cinnamon mixture, then add the melted butter. Pour into a greased 8-inch pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar-cinnamon mixture.
