Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- packed brown sugar
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- white sugar - 1/2 c
How to make coffee cake:
Topping:1/3 c. packed brown sugar1/2 c. white sugar1 tsp. cinnamon1 c. chopped pecans Cream butter and sugar; add eggs. Add dry ingredients, alternating with sour cream and vanilla. Pour 1/2 batter in 9 x 9-inch greased pan. Cover batter with half of the topping mixture. Pour remaining batter over mixture and cover batter with remaining mixture. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 325°.Topping: Mix well.
