Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• chopped pecans - 1 c
• packed brown sugar
• sour cream - 1 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• stick butter - 1 item
• white sugar - 1/2 c

How to make coffee cake:

Topping:1/3 c. packed brown sugar1/2 c. white sugar1 tsp. cinnamon1 c. chopped pecans Cream butter and sugar; add eggs. Add dry ingredients, alternating with sour cream and vanilla. Pour 1/2 batter in 9 x 9-inch greased pan. Cover batter with half of the topping mixture. Pour remaining batter over mixture and cover batter with remaining mixture. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 325°.

Topping: Mix well.
