Sour cream coffee cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- oleo - 1 c
- nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Cream oleo, sugar and eggs. Fold in sour cream. Sift dry ingredients and add. Add vanilla. Spoon half the batter into a greased 10-inch Bundt pan. Cover with a mixture of 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 tablespoons brown sugar. Cover with remaining batter. Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes. Let cool until just warm and remove from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Better the second day!Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Coffee cakes.
