Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- shredded coconut - 1 c
- oleo or butter - 3 Tbsp
How to make coconut pie:
Mix the flour and cornstarch with 1/3 cup of the cold milk to a thin, smooth paste. Then scald the remaining milk. Beat the egg yolks. Add the sugar and salt.
