Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 1/4 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- 9-inch pie shell, prepared - 1 item
How to make coconut pie:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well. Add milk and flour. Blend well. Add coconut. Pour into 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
