- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 1 c
How to make coconut pie:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cream together sugar and margarine. Mix eggs, buttermilk, flour, vanilla and coconut. Pour into two unbaked pie shells and bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 2 pies.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
