- sugar
- eggs - 4 item
- self-rising flour - 1/2 c
- milk - 2 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- stick melted butter - 1/2 item
- shredded coconut - 8 oz
How to make coconut pie:
Beat sugar and eggs until smooth. Add flour, milk, vanilla, coconut, then butter. Grease 2 glass pie plates. Bake at 250° or 300° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
