- eggs - 2 item
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour, sifted - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/8 1/4
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- heaping chopped apples - 2 c
How to make norwegian apple pie:
Beat well the eggs. Beat in sugar and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Fold in nuts and apples. Bake in two greased 9-inch pie plates, metal, at 375° for 30 minutes; Pyrex at 350° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
