Coconut pecan frosting

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• chopped pecans - 1 c
• evaporated milk - 1 c
• egg yolks - 3 item
• margarine - 1/4 lb

How to make coconut pecan frosting:

Combine all except coconut and pecans. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened, about 12 minutes. Add coconut and pecans. Beat until thick enough to spread. Makes 2 2/3 cups.
