Coconut pecan frosting
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- egg yolks - 3 item
- margarine - 1/4 lb
How to make coconut pecan frosting:
Combine all except coconut and pecans. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened, about 12 minutes. Add coconut and pecans. Beat until thick enough to spread. Makes 2 2/3 cups.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
