  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • evaporated milk - 1 c
  • egg yolks - 3 item
  • coconut - 1/3 c
  • margarine - 1/2 c

How to make coconut pecan frosting:

Cook and stir milk, margarine, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla over medium heat until thickened. Add coconut and pecans. Delicious on a German chocolate cake.
