Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- eggs, at room temperature - 6 item
- sticks oleo at room temperature - 3 item
- carton 10x powdered sugar - 1 lb
- 10x box full sifted flour - 1 item
How to make ice cream cake:
Cream oleo; add powdered sugar. Add eggs (one at a time). Sift flour 2 more times and combine with sugar mixture. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 2 loaf pans or 1 long loaf pan. Serve with fruit, if desired.Recipe categories: Desserts, Frozen desserts, < 30 mins.
