Coconut oatmeal cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 3/4 c
• brown sugar - 1 c
• coconut
• soda - 1 tsp
• sifted flour
• Crisco - 1 c
• quick oats
• allspice - 1/4 tsp

How to make coconut oatmeal cookies:

Cream Crisco, sugar, eggs and vanilla and fold in all other ingredients well. Drop by large teaspoonful on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for about 8 to 10 minutes.

I always make these for Vacation Bible School because it makes a bunch.
