Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour
- brown sugar - 1 c
- coconut - 3/4 c
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- oatmeal - 1 c
- Add margarine
How to make coconut oatmeal cake:
Pour 1 1/4 cups boiling water over oatmeal. Add margarine. Let stand 5 minutes. Add remaining cake ingredients. Mix and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool.
