Ingredients/Components
- shredded coconut - 16 oz
- sweetened condensed milk - 15 oz
- vanilla or lemon extract - 2 tsp
How to make coconut macaroons:
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Drop by teaspoon onto well-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 7 to 8 minutes. Cool slightly. Place on a wire rack.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
