Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 4 lb
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- large onion, grated - 1 item
- salt - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- bottle chili sauce - 1 oz
- jar grape jelly - 1 oz
- juice of 1 lemon
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Combine beef, egg, onion, Worcestershire and salt to taste. Shape into small balls. Bake in a single layer at 350° for 25 minutes. Drain excess fat. Combine chili sauce, jelly and lemon juice. Heat and add to meatballs. Makes approximately 100 meRecipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
