Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- parsley, chopped - 1 Tbsp
- cup milk - 1/4 item
- cup onion, chopped - 1/4 item
- cup dry bread crumbs - 1/2 item
- Glaze:1 bottle chili sauce
- Jar Grape Jelly - 1 item
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Glaze:1 bottle chili sauce1 Jar Grape Jelly Mix ingredients and shape into one inch balls. Cook in large skillet, medium heat, about 15 minutes, until brown. Remove meatballs from skillet, drain. Heat chili sauce and grape jelly in skillet, stirring constantly until jelly is melted. Add meatballs, stir until coated. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve hot with wooden picks.About 5 dozen appetizers.
