- salt - 1 item
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- ground beef - 4 lb
- juice of 1 lemon
- bottle chili sauce - 1 oz
- jar grape jelly - 1 oz
- large onion, grated - 1 item
How to make party meatballs:
Blend together meat, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Form into 100 small meatballs. Combine chili sauce, jelly and lemon juice. Pour over meatballs and simmer in electric skillet for one hour. Serve in heated chafing dish.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Side dish.
