Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • parsley - 1 tsp
  • dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • minced onions - 1/3 c
  • bottle chili sauce - 12 oz
  • jar grape jelly - 10 oz

How to make cocktail meatballs:

Mix all ingredients except jelly and chili sauce. Shape in 1-inch meatballs and brown lightly in skillet. Heat chili sauce and jelly in Dutch oven. Stir well. Add meatballs. Stir until cooked. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Makes approximately 3 to 5 dozen.
