Cocktail meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- parsley - 1 tsp
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- minced onions - 1/3 c
- bottle chili sauce - 12 oz
- jar grape jelly - 10 oz
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Mix all ingredients except jelly and chili sauce. Shape in 1-inch meatballs and brown lightly in skillet. Heat chili sauce and jelly in Dutch oven. Stir well. Add meatballs. Stir until cooked. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Makes approximately 3 to 5 dozen.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
