Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- minced onion - 1/3 c
- milk - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- bottle chili sauce - 1 oz
- jar grape jelly - 1 oz
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Mix beef with next 8 ingredients. Gently shape into 1-inch balls. Melt shortening in large skillet and brown meatballs. Drain. Heat chili sauce and jelly together until all melted. Add meatballs. Simmer, uncovered. Serve.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
