Ingredients/Components

  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • minced onion - 1/3 c
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • bottle chili sauce - 1 oz
  • jar grape jelly - 1 oz

How to make cocktail meatballs:

Mix beef with next 8 ingredients. Gently shape into 1-inch balls. Melt shortening in large skillet and brown meatballs. Drain. Heat chili sauce and jelly together until all melted. Add meatballs. Simmer, uncovered. Serve.
