Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- snipped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- minced onion - 1/3 c
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- bottle chili sauce
- jar grape jelly - 1 oz
- shortening for browning - 1/4 c
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Sauce:1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly Combine all ingredients. Form meatballs and brown in shortening. Do not overcook the meatballs. Cook just until done. Remove from pan; drain and set aside. Simmer meatballs in sauce for 30 minutes. The secret is the grape jelly!Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
