Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- shortening - 1/2 c
- warm water - 3/4 c
- yeast - 1 pkg
- flour self-rising - 2 c
How to make cloverleaf rolls:
Blend flour, shortening and sugar together. Dissolve yeast in water; mix with hands. Roll into balls (three). Put each ball in muffin tin to form a cloverleaf. Makes 12 rolls. Let rise 1 hour before baking. Bake at 450° for 12 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Low cholesterol, Healthy 2.
