Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- self-rising flour - 4 c
- butter, melted - 3/4 c
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
- very warm water - 2 c
How to make yeast muffins:
Place yeast in warm water. Melt butter; cream with sugar. Add egg and yeast mixture. Add flour. Store in refrigerator overnight. Put in muffin tins and bake at 350°. Will keep several days in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Breads, Yeast breads, Sourdough breads.
