Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • self-rising flour - 4 c
  • butter, melted - 3/4 c
  • dry yeast - 1 pkg
  • very warm water - 2 c

How to make yeast muffins:

Place yeast in warm water. Melt butter; cream with sugar. Add egg and yeast mixture. Add flour. Store in refrigerator overnight. Put in muffin tins and bake at 350°. Will keep several days in refrigerator.
