- sour cream - 16 oz
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chicken breast skinless - 1 (1
- box Pepperidge Farm Classic chicken stuffing - 1 item
- stick butter or margarine, melted * - 1 item
How to make classic chicken:
In one bowl, mix sour cream, sauce, lemon juice and garlic powder. In second bowl, mix stuffing ingredients. Coat chicken breast in sour cream. Mix and then roll in bread stuffing. Put in casserole dish. Lay chicken side by side. Pour melted butter evenly over top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.*You can substitute light margarine or nonfat sour cream for a low-fat alternative.
