Ingredients/Components
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- jar spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese or grated Parmesan in can less fat - 1 pkg
- spaghetti noodles, cooked according to directions
How to make low-fat chicken parmesan:
Saute chicken breasts until done in just enough Canola oil to coat bottom of skillet. Saute over medium heat. Place chicken in casserole dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken. Place lid on casserole dish and heat in oven at 325° until hot. Remove lid; add cheese. Replace lid until cheese melts. Serve over spaghetti noodles.
