Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/8 tsp
- mayonnaise - 2 3
- instant minced onion - 1 tsp
- horseradish - 2 3
- MSG - 1/8 tsp
- backfin crabmeat - 1 lb
- celery optional - 1/8 tsp
- shredded green onion - 1 tsp
- dashes red pepper - 2 item
How to make crab dip:
Marinate crabmeat in lemon juice for 30 minutes. Mix other ingredients. Can melt cream cheese in microwave. When mixed, blend gradually into crabmeat. Do not shred crabmeat, keep lumpy. Use crackers and veggies for dip.P.S. Try Imperial Sauce instead of Hollandaise on Eggs Benedict - different!
