Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder
- well beaten egg - 1 item
- sifted flour
- chopped clams - 1 pt
How to make clam fritters:
Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add egg, milk and clams. Drop from teaspoon into deep hot fat. Fry until brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Clams.
