Cinnamon rolls
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 5 6
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- water - 2/3 c
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- light corn syrup - 1/2 c
- butter, melted
- yeast - 2 Tbsp
- eggs at room temperature - 2 item
- honey or 1/3 c - 1/4 c
How to make cinnamon rolls:
Sticky Bottom:6 Tbsp. butter, melted1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. light corn syrup Sticky Bottom: Combine and cook until sugar dissolves, then pour into pans.Mix and knead until smooth and elastic (8 to 10 minutes). Cover and let dough rest for 20 minutes. Roll out; spread with margarine. Sprinkle on cinnamon, brown sugar and nuts. Roll up and cut; put in 2 greased (sides only if sticky bottom) pans, 9 x 13-inch. Cover with oiled wax paper and then plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 to 24 hours. Take out of refrigerator and let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before baking. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
