Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 c
  • flour - 5 6
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • water - 2/3 c
  • vegetable oil - 1/4 c
  • light corn syrup - 1/2 c
  • butter, melted
  • yeast - 2 Tbsp
  • eggs at room temperature - 2 item
  • honey or 1/3 c - 1/4 c

How to make cinnamon rolls:

Sticky Bottom:6 Tbsp. butter, melted1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. light corn syrup Sticky Bottom: Combine and cook until sugar dissolves, then pour into pans.

Mix and knead until smooth and elastic (8 to 10 minutes). Cover and let dough rest for 20 minutes. Roll out; spread with margarine. Sprinkle on cinnamon, brown sugar and nuts. Roll up and cut; put in 2 greased (sides only if sticky bottom) pans, 9 x 13-inch. Cover with oiled wax paper and then plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 to 24 hours. Take out of refrigerator and let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before baking. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
