Ingredients/Components
- Irish potatoes, thinly sliced
- onion, thinly sliced - 1 med
- stick fat-free oleo, melted - 3/4 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- celery flakes - 1 tsp
- celery seed - 1/2 tsp
How to make chuck wagon potatoes:
Grease casserole baking dish deep enough to accommodate potato slices and place upright. Alternate layers of potatoes and onion. Melt oleo and add seasonings except paprika. Pour over potatoes and onions. Bake at 375° for 40-50 minutes covered. Uncover and sprinkle with paprika. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes.
