Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- diced celery - 2 c
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- cans water - 2 item
- hamburger, fried with 1 medium onion
How to make chow mein:
Mix together and bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350°, then 1 hour, uncovered. May add water chestnuts and/or slivered almonds.For a quicker dish, use Minute rice and microwave, covered, about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with Chinese noodles.
