Ingredients/Components
- ground beef brown until color is gone
- small onions, chopped - 2 item
- celery - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- cans water - 2 item
- raw rice - 3/4 c
- soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
- can Chinese vegetables, drained - 1 item
- can mushrooms, drained - 1 item
- can water chestnuts, sliced - 1 item
How to make chop suey:
Mix the above ingredients in a bowl. Put in a casserole and bake 1 hour at 350°. Sprinkle chow mein noodles on top. Bake 1/2 hour longer or until the liquid is absorbed.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Main dish.
