Barbecued spareribs
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 4 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
- catsup - 1 c
- celery salt - 1 Tbsp
- spareribs - 4 lb
- ground mustard - 1/2 Tbsp
- medium onion, cut fine - 1 item
How to make barbecued spareribs:
Roll spareribs in flour and brown in butter. Remove to baking pan. Melt butter and brown onions. Add rest of ingredients and, while hot, pour over ribs. Line pan with foil. Bake at 350° for 2 to 3 hours.Sauce makes a type of gravy to be put over potatoes.
