Chocolate zucchini cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• chocolate chips - 1 (6
• vegetable oil - 1/2 c
• grated zucchini - 2 c
• unsweetened cocoa - 1/4 c
• margarine - 1/2 c
• sour milk or buttermilk - 1/2 c

How to make chocolate zucchini cake:

Mix first 3 ingredients until creamy. Beat in and mix well the next 3 ingredients. Add dry ingredients. Use spoon and stir in zucchini and chips. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle with more chips. Bake at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes. Test with toothpick in center. Should come out clean if done. Cake can be frosted and not sprinkled with chips.
