  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • flour
  • cocoa - 4 Tbsp
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • chocolate chips - 1/2 c
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • cloves - 1/2 tsp

How to make chocolate zucchini cake:

Cream margarine, oil and sugar together. Add eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Mix all dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Beat well. Stir in zucchini. Pour into a greased 10 x 10-inch cake pan or 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake at 325° for 40 to 50 minutes.
