Chocolate zucchini cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour
- oil - 1/2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- chocolate chips - 1 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
How to make chocolate zucchini cake:
Cream margarine, oil and sugar together. Add eggs, vanilla, cocoa and milk; mix well. Mix in slowly the flour, soda and salt. Blend good. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Over chocolate chips and nuts, sprinkle 3 to 4 tablespoons sugar. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Cakes.
