Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- butter - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/4 1/2
- soda - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- chocolate chips - 6 oz
- grated zucchini - 2 c
How to make chocolate zucchini cake:
Sift and set aside flour, cocoa, soda and salt. Cream butter, oil and sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time; beat well after each addition. Blend together vanilla and buttermilk and add alternately with dry ingredients to egg and sugar mixture. Stir in grated zucchini. Pour into greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
