Chocolate zucchini cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• soda - 1 tsp
• cocoa - 4 Tbsp
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• chocolate chips - 1/2 c
• vegetable oil - 1/2 c
• unsifted flour
• cloves - 1/4 tsp
• soft margarine - 1/2 c
• zucchini - 2 c
• sour milk 1/2 tsp - 1 c

How to make chocolate zucchini cake:

Cream margarine, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk and beat with mixer. Add dry ingredients and beat well with mixer. Stir in zucchini last by hand. Pour into well-greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
