  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 4 Tbsp
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • chocolate chips - 1/4 c
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • cloves - 1/2 tsp
  • sour milk - 1/2 c
  • zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini cake:

Cream margarine, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Beat well. Stir in dry ingredients and beat well. Stir in finely chopped zucchini. Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes at 325° or until springs back when lightly touched.
