Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- oil - 1/2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- chocolate chips - 1/4 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- sour milk - 1/2 c
- zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini cake:
Cream margarine, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Beat well. Stir in dry ingredients and beat well. Stir in finely chopped zucchini. Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes at 325° or until springs back when lightly touched.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Squash.
