  • cocoa - 4 Tbsp
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • chopped walnuts - 1 c
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • cloves - 1/2 tsp
  • sour milk - 1/2 c

How to make chocolate zucchini cake:

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Spread in sprayed or greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
