  • coconut - 1 c
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • sticks margarine - 2 item
  • pecans
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • jar marshmallow cream - 1 item
  • Frosting:1 stick margarine

How to make mississippi mud cake:

Frosting:1 stick margarine3 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. milk1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 jar marshmallow cream Mix the cake ingredients in order. Pour into greased cookie sheet, 12 x 18-inch. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. While hot, spread 1 jar of marshmallow cream on cake. Let cool.

Frosting: Mix ingredients and boil. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread over cooled marshmallow cream.
