Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- flour
- coconut - 1 c
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- pecans
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- jar marshmallow cream - 1 item
- Frosting:1 stick margarine
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Frosting:1 stick margarine3 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. milk1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 jar marshmallow cream Mix the cake ingredients in order. Pour into greased cookie sheet, 12 x 18-inch. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. While hot, spread 1 jar of marshmallow cream on cake. Let cool.Frosting: Mix ingredients and boil. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread over cooled marshmallow cream.
