Chocolate zucchini cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• milk - 1/2 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour
• soda
• cocoa - 1/2 c
• baking powder
• nuts - 1 c
• grated orange peel - 2 tsp
• soft margarine - 3/4 c
• coarsely grated zucchini - 2 c
• Beat together margarine and sugar

How to make chocolate zucchini cake:

Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Beat together margarine and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. With spoon, stir in vanilla, orange peel and zucchini. Alternately stir in the dry ingredients and milk into the zucchini mixture. Add nuts. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Turn out on rack and drizzle glaze over cake.Glaze:2 c. powdered sugar3 Tbsp. milk vanilla
