Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • oil - 1/3 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 3 Tbsp
  • buttermilk - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • sifted flour
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • 1 cube margarine - 1/2 c

How to make chocolate zucchini cake:

Cream together the sugar, margarine and oil. Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk. Mix well and then add all the other ingredients. Again mix well and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover top of batter with the chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until done.
