Chocolate zucchini cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour
• butter - 1/2 c
• oil - 1/2 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• chocolate chips - 1/2 c
• nuts - 1/4 c
• sour milk - 1/2 c
• finely diced zucchini - 2 c
• cocoa or 1 pkg - 4 Tbsp

How to make chocolate zucchini cake:

Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and milk. Blend well. Stir in all dry ingredients. Stir in diced zucchini. Put into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.
