Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- butter - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- chocolate chips - 1/2 c
- nuts - 1/4 c
- sour milk - 1/2 c
- finely diced zucchini - 2 c
- cocoa or 1 pkg - 4 Tbsp
How to make chocolate zucchini cake:
Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and milk. Blend well. Stir in all dry ingredients. Stir in diced zucchini. Put into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Cakes.
