Chocolate raspberry torte
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- semi-sweet chocolate - 1 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2/3 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 item
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- unsweetened chocolate - 2 oz
- raspberry jam - 1/2 c
- stick unsalted butter - 1 item
- raspberry brandy - 2 tsp
How to make chocolate raspberry torte:
Melt unsweetened chocolate and butter in double boiler. Combine flour, salt and baking powder. Whisk eggs, sugar, jam, brandy mixture and chopped semi-sweet chocolate.Line and butter 9-inch round pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes in 350° oven. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
