Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • semi-sweet chocolate - 1 oz
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 2/3 c
  • confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • unsweetened chocolate - 2 oz
  • raspberry jam - 1/2 c
  • stick unsalted butter - 1 item
  • raspberry brandy - 2 tsp

How to make chocolate raspberry torte:

Melt unsweetened chocolate and butter in double boiler. Combine flour, salt and baking powder. Whisk eggs, sugar, jam, brandy mixture and chopped semi-sweet chocolate.

Line and butter 9-inch round pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes in 350° oven. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
