  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
  • cocoa - 3 Tbsp
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • egg yolks, beaten - 2 item

How to make chocolate pie:

Mix dry ingredients, then add milk. Cook 15 minutes or until thick. Add egg yolks and cook about 5 minutes longer. Add butter and vanilla. Cool. Pour in cooled, baked pie shell. Use egg whites for meringue. Bake in slow oven until lightly browned.
