  • semi-sweet chocolate muffins
  • semi-sweet chocolate morsels - 1/2 c
  • all-purpose flour - 2 c
  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • melted margarine - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk, add little - 3/4 c

How to make chocolate muffins:

Melt chocolate pieces in double boiler or in microwave. Combine dry ingredients. Add milk, butter, eggs and mix well. Add melted chocolate. Stir. Stir in unmelted pieces. Spoon 2 tablespoons into muffin liners. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
