Ingredients/Components
- margarine, softened - 1/2 c
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- finely chopped apples - 2 c
- chopped nuts
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
How to make apple nut coffee cake:
Topping:1/2 c. chopped nuts1/2 c. brown sugar1 tsp. cinnamon2 Tbsp. melted margarine Cream together margarine and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture with sour cream. Fold in apples. Spread batter in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle over batter.
