Banana bread
Ingredients/Components
- shortening - 1/2 c
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- large, ripe bananas - 2 item
- sour cream - 1/3 c
- flour - 2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
How to make banana bread:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add beaten eggs and mashed bananas. Stir in sour cream. Add flour, salt and soda. Sprinkle brown sugar on top. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breads, Fruit, Quick breads.
